We strive to give each of our clients the best experience possible while also attempting to ensure that every one of our puppies is a perfect fit in their new home, and every home fits with the puppy’s needs.
RESERVE
Choose the litter of puppies that you are interested in and put down the required $500 deposit to reserve a puppy from that litter.
PAYMENT
We offer flexable payment options, including online 24 hour payments on our website for puppy deposits. Reserve your puppy today!
DELIVERY
You may pick up your puppy in person, or we can arange for your puppy to be shipped to you via air or ground transportation.
Our process in detail...
RESERVE
If you want to reserve a puppy you can simply do so on our website, or give us a call or text and we can go from there. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have at that time. Puppy reservations require a $500 deposit, and you’ll have the opportunity to select which litter your puppy will be from and your puppy’s sex. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred before your litter is born, or held for another litter if the sex of the puppy that you chose is unavailable when the litter arrives. When you reserve a puppy from a litter, you have the option of choosing the puppies coat color and gender. We cannot guarantee that a specific coat color will be available on upcoming litters. You can decline the puppy if it isn’t your desired color, but you will forfeit the deposit.
Payment
Puppies are available for delivery or pickup at 8 weeks old. If you chose shipping for your new family member, payment is due-in-full a minimum of 10 days prior to your puppy’s shipping date. If you require shipping, payment for shipping is also due no later than 10 days prior to your puppy’s shipping date.
Delivery
We ask that all buyers be prepared to show your Driver’s License or another valid State ID so we may properly identify you. Identification provided at pick up time must match the information of the person who reserved the puppy. A pick up day will be chosen and it is the buyer’s responsibility to call or text, to confirm that they will be available on the designated pickup day.

AKC Registration papers (breeding rights available at additional cost).

When you pick up your puppy, please bring a crate. They will travel best by being in a crate. They need to lay quietly in the crate on the ride home to help with car sickness. NO FOOD during the trip home, as that will make them car sick. They will need frequent small drinks of water. We recommend that you plan ahead for pickup and bring a water container, wipes, paper towels, and trash bags in the event of car sickness or nervous bowels.
Shipping Notes:
Ground transportation is available anywhere in the United States. Shipping your new family member via ground transportation is our preferred method of shipping. We have a transportation team that takes great care of the puppies throughout their transport. Please call or text (903)458-2540 for ground shipping quotes as they are calculated by location and mileage.

Flight transportation via American Airlines Cargo is $850 to anywhere in the United States. This fee includes Airfare, Crate, Health Certificate, Shuttle to airport, dog food and other shipping supplies. Shipping to Canada requires additional tariff/tax fees. Additional fees may apply for International Flights, or if you request a larger kennel that will house your puppy longer. We can also ship 2 puppies together in a larger crate to reduce your shipping cost per puppy.
American Airlines is currently the only airlines that has live animal cargo, and AA will only fly animals when weather is above 30 and below 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
